Two week ago, I bought former stratford House Inn in Carthage, MO। I found that there are many other Motel out there that were Stratford House Inn (at least 25 of em)। All of them are 40 units and they all look very similar। I was thinking may be we all should get together, team up, and take advantage of it। I just made a website week ago of my Motel - check it out www.carthageinn.com and here are some other very similar properties www.bestvalueinnokc.com , www.staffordinnedmond.com , http://stratfordhouseinns.com/ etc . There are many others some are days inn, travelodge or independent now. Lets team up, come up with one name and make a "private chain". No royalties, No punch list, & NO contracts. We can make most effective and inexpensive general website for all properties. With all together i think we can negotiate with GDS provider & other vendors. I think there are tons of way to grow together and save lots of money. We can also talk about how to deal with Owners who are tied into contract with other chain like Days Inn, Travelodge if they are interested in teaming up. Making up private chain may require little time from each owner to discus how do we go about make it successful. But, benefits are so much that we all must consider this option. Here is cheese, if we can team up and form a little chain, and if it get noticed then we can even think about big game.
